I had the privilege of photographing Stephen and Sarah, at Goosedale in Nottinghamshire. The venue was lovely and although it promised to rain on the day, luckily we had sunshine and we got a beautiful sunset, so we took full advantage of Goosedale’s landscaped garden.

The day started getting ready for the bridal party at Sarah’s house, and family coming from all over, some from Wales and some further afield like Australia. After the getting ready shots, we headed over to Goosedale for the ceremony. Sarah had a lovely Rolls-Royce Phantom to arrive in style at Goosedale for the ceremony.

After the ceremony in the beautiful ceremony room with wooden beams and fantastic light fittings, it was off to the front of Goosedale for the formal group shots. I always try and work as quickly as possible with these so that we can crack on with the rest of the wedding day.

Sarah and Stephen sat down for their meal, as we prepped their mobile album app to show them what we have taken on the day. Before we even knew it was time for speeches with Sarah’s dad giving a really moving speech which brought a tear to everyone’s eye.
