BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
How far in advance of our wedding do we need to book?
How do we book you to photograph our wedding?
It all starts with contacting me to ensure that your data is free, I will then arrange a meeting with you to show you my work. If you like the work we then sent you a quotation to choose your wedding collection this is all done online
Are you insured?
Yes, professional and public liability insurance. Don’t book a supplier without insurance. Please ask if you wish confirmation of my insurance "some venues won't even let vendors in without it". By the way – you should also get insurance for your wedding!
When do we need to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. You are more than welcome to pay in instalments though if that is more convenient for you.
ON THE DAY
How long do you work on the wedding day?
A long time, But no seriously I will be there from getting ready Right away Through to first dance and a bit after To capture their shenanigans that go on the dancefloor
Do you use an assistant or second photographer?
Usually, it will just be me attending your wedding day, however, Sometimes we do bring along an assistant to help me out on the day. If you did want an additional photographer to come along then I have plenty of people that I can rely on and trust to deliver quality photos. An extra photographer will cost £300. If you are interested in a second photographer attending your wedding day please get in touch for more info.
Do you need feeding at a wedding?
Yes, please. But if you can't, don't worry too much just make sure that I'm are aware and will be able to nip out and grab some food.
After your wedding
How long will it take for me to receive my pictures after the wedding day?
You will see some of the images on your wedding day on your wedding app, I will add sneak peek on Facebook too if you are ok with this generally a day or two after your wedding as well.
You will receive all of your wedding edited and sent out within 4 to 6 weeks. If they are finished any earlier then they will be sent out straight away for you.
How will we receive our wedding pictures?
I will upload all of your wedding images into a private gallery for you to share with your friends and family, You will get a link to this in an email. If you had chosen to have a proof book we deliver all of your images printed in your proof book as well as getting the link to your galleries.
