De Vere Staverton Estate Daventry Wedding Photography – Amelia & Rory

 had the pleasure of photographing, Amelia & Rory's wedding back in August. The wedding and reception were being held at De Vere Staverton Estate Daventry.

• What was your most anticipated part of the day?
  We saw each other for the first time as we hadn’t spoken since 8 p.m. the night before and couldn’t wait to speak to each other again.
• Did anything unexpected happen? What was the outcome?
  The amount of confetti that was thrown was amazing
• What ended up being your favorite part of the day?
  When we were announced into the room for the wedding breakfast
• What advice would you give to future couples for their wedding?
  When the day comes what will be will be and you won’t even notice or care enough as you are so happy
• Were you nervous? How did you squash the nerves?
  Yes very nervous and we both just ploughed on through and remembered to breathe
• What was the biggest surprise on your wedding day?
  How fairytale-like the room looked and how it all fitted together after months of planning.
• Any advice for those couples planning their wedding now?
  Make sure you re-write your to-do list regularly so it gets smaller and smaller
• How did you feel at the end of the day?
  Amazing that everything went so well and we were finally married
• What did you like most about working with Oliver Kershaw Photography?
  What we liked the most was his interaction with our guests, his upbeat attitude even when it was raining slightly, and the amount of work he put into getting the perfect shot. We wouldn’t have changed anything!
