Manor House Quorn Wedding Photographer
As a Manor House Quorn wedding photographer, I’m lucky to work at some incredible venues — but every now and then, a wedding day really stays with you for all the right reasons.
Trina and Mark’s wedding at the beautiful Manor House Quorn in May 2025 was one of those days.
Quietly emotional, family-focused, and full of meaningful moments that unfolded naturally from start to finish.
A Relaxed, Emotional Wedding at the Manor House in Quorn
From the very beginning, this wedding felt personal.
When asked what she was most looking forward to on the day, Trina’s answer was simple and heartfelt:
“Seeing each other and Samuel.”
Those emotions carried through the entire day. Mark admitted he felt nervous right up until he spoke with Wayne — while Trina was calm until the moment she put her dress on. That’s when the reality hit, and emotions took over in the most beautiful way.
As a Manor House Quorn wedding photographer, these are the moments I’m always watching for — the real ones that can’t be staged.
Why Trina & Mark Chose the Manor House, Quorn
The Manor House in Quorn was the perfect choice for their wedding. Even with a bit of rain, the venue felt warm, calm, and effortlessly elegant.
Trina loved that everything was in one place — ceremony, reception, and celebrations all flowing together without the need to rush guests from location to location. The setting allowed everyone to relax and truly enjoy the day.
Special mention goes to Sian and the venue team, who helped everything run smoothly and created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout.
Unexpected Moments That Made the Day Even Better
One thing no one had planned for?
A steam train gently passing by in the distance — something that added charm and character rather than distraction.
When asked about their favourite part of the day, neither Trina nor Mark could choose just one.
“There were so many special moments.”
And that’s often the sign of a truly great wedding — not one big highlight, but a collection of meaningful memories.
From Online Dating to “Will You Marry Me?”
Trina and Mark originally met online, despite knowing people in the same circles and even working opposite each other at one point.
Mark’s proposal was thoughtful and perfectly personal — an anniversary meal, champagne waiting on the table, and what Trina thought was a last-minute dessert decision… until he returned with flowers, balloons, and the question that changed everything.
Wedding Advice From a Couple Who’ve Just Lived It
Their advice for couples currently planning their weddings is spot on:
“Enjoy every moment — it really does go so fast.”
Things won’t always go exactly to plan, and that’s okay. Those little hiccups often turn into the memories you treasure most.
By the end of the night, Trina and Mark described feeling emotional and incredibly grateful — the kind of feeling that only comes after a day filled with love, family, and celebration.
Looking Ahead as a Married Couple
What are they most looking forward to now?
Their honeymoon
And the rest of their lives together, with their family
Simple. Honest. Perfect.
Being Their Manor House Quorn Wedding Photographer
One of the most meaningful parts of this wedding for me was the feedback from Trina and Mark:
“We would not change a thing.”
“You were amazing and ensured we got the most special pictures.”
“Everyone commented how great you were — your excitement made it for everyone.”
That trust is everything. Being able to blend in, capture real moments, and help couples feel relaxed is exactly what I aim for as a Manor House Quorn wedding photographer.
